The product must be unused, in re-sellable condition and include all original packaging and/or tags. Shipping costs for all returns or exchanges are paid at the buyers expense unless a mistake was made on our part.   If you have received the wrong item please contact us immediately. We will fix the problem by shipping a replacement.
